Shipping Information

Shipping Costs

We offer free ground shipping on all USA domestic orders over $99.

For all orders under $99, shipping will be calculated by weight and destination and displayed at checkout.


Items returned to sender due to customer address input error will be re-charged the shipping rate. Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We strive to get orders out within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days in case of any minor delays.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed during holiday weekends will be processed and shipped within two business days starting the first business day following the holiday.

Does BQ. Ship Internationally?

Orders submitted after 12PM MST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. In the event of a holiday falling on a Monday, your order will be processed and shipped within two business days starting the first business day following the holiday.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We understand that something may not fit or look the way you thought it would, so we gladly offer FREE returns on all US domestic orders. We want you to love everything you purchase from BQ.!

Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 21 days of your order being delivered. Items must have tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed and in the condition in which you received.

BQ. reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. In this situation, customer will receive an email concerning the return denial and have 4 business days to pay to have items shipped back to them. If they do not pay the shipping charge, items will be donated to a local women's shelter.

Due to fast inventory change, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 21 days (starting once order is delivered).

Store credit does not expire.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

All accessories are FINAL SALE. This includes (but not limited to) purses, bags, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, scarves, and hosiery.

Exchange Policy

Due to fast inventory changes, we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an exchange 1 time per item.

After you request an exchange you will receive communication via the email you have provided. Once exchange is received at BQ. please allow 2 business days for new item(s) to be processed and shipped. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

If you are local to AZ, you can exchange for any other item if you choose local drop off/pick up. DM us on Instagram or email mandy@bequeenclothing.com for assistance.

What If I Receive A Defective Item?

If you have unfortunately received a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at mandy@bequeenclothing.com within 3 DAYS to notify us of the issue. If you do not inform us within 3 DAYS of receiving the defective or damaged item, it will no longer qualify for a refund or replacement. Tag must be on the damaged item and must be unworn. When you send an email, you must include a photo of the damage with a brief description. Please type in “Defective” on the subject line.

We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement, or back to original payment form upon request.

When & How Will I Receive My Store Credit?

An emailed E-Gift Card will be delivered after your return has been delivered and accepted by BQ. Please allow up to 5 business days after return is delivered to receive E-Gift Card.
