Shipping Policy

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the shipping calculator to see shipping price. 

As of right now, Be Queen. only ships in the U.S. – we are working hard to start shipping outside the U.S. and will let you all know as soon as we can ship internationally. We do not offer local pick up or drop off for returns.


24-Hour Local Delivery

Be Queen. understands that you are a busy bee and sometimes you need a last minute outfit with no time to stop at the mall. With our 24 hour delivery service ($12.99 flat fee), you will get your shipment within 24 hours after placing your order. Address can be your home or even your place of work, but it does have to meet certain location requirements.

If your address is within the boundaries for our 24 hour delivery service, you will see the option at checkout. If not (try your work address too), we sincerely apologize - we hope to expand our delivery boundaries in the near future!


Return Policy

Be Queen understands that something may not fit or look the way you thought it would, so we gladly offer exchanges or store credit if item is returned within 14 days of your receipt.  Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only, unless you receive a damaged or defective item. Please read below if you have received a damaged or defective item. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

Store credit does not expire.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

All accessories are FINAL SALE. This includes (but not limited to) hats, scarves, jewelry, hair accessories, and hosiery.

Please be aware: Orders CANNOT be altered or canceled after you checkout, so please double check everything in your cart.


Defective Items:

If you have unfortunately received a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at within 3 DAYS to notify us of the issue. If you do not inform us within 3 DAYS of receiving the defective or damaged item, it will no longer qualify for a refund or replacement. When you email us, you MUST include a photo of the damage with a brief description. Please type in “Defective” on the subject line.

Exchanges and refunds on damaged items will be managed on a case-by-case basis to help avoid abuse of the policy.

Be Queen. is not responsible for damaged items that are caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
